Overview

Kinan’s DL2924 dual rail CAT5 keyboard mouse display switch integrates the LCD monitor, ultra-slim keyboard and touchpad in a dual rail housing that occupies only 1U height of space. With the dual rail drawer design, the LCD panel and keyboard/touchpad modules slide independently of each other, which saves much space.

The DL2924 24 port kvm switch allows access and control with up to 24 computers from a single console (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). The number of connected computers can be increased up to 768 by cascading up to 31 KC2132 KVM Switches. With RJ-45 interface and CAT5 cables to connect the server, the transmitting distance is up to 150m.

The DL2924 rack mount monitor keyboard has a built-in LCD monitor that supports resolution up to 1280x1024@60Hz. An extra console port is provided on the rear panel to manage the LCD KVM switch from an external console.

Dual Rail Design

The LCD panel and keyboard/touchpad modules slide independently of each other, the keyboard/touchpad module slides back to “hide away” when not in use, while the thin profile LCD monitor rotates back, flush against the rack, allowing administrators to easily manage computer.
