“Pursuing Excellent Quality, Creating First-Class Brand” has always been the heart of Kinan brand. “Quality First” concept is applied to every production process in Kinan factory. Kinan is dedicated to deliver quality KVM products in affordable price to our valued customers. We aim at long-term relationship and focus on quality and cooperation maintenance.

IQC-Raw Material Control and Management

  • 3 IQC to check specs, size, function and appearance to make sure material meet quality standard.
  • Sampling standard: GB/T2828-2003 general inspection level.

Quality Control in Workshop

  • 2 QC and 1 IPQC in the workshop to make sure the product is free of quality problems before burn-in test.
  • 1 QC responsible for the internal test after assembly- to do 100% full test to check function, appearance and to fix all the screws to make sure the product is well assembled.
  • 1 QC responsible for the 100% full test to check the function, appearance before the burn-in test.

Burn-in Test

KVM will work 24 hours without interruption to find out problems before shipment.

Quality Control in Packaging

We have a quality department mainly responsible for product inspection and packaging after burn-in test.

QC in Packaging

  • 1 QA responsible for quality inspection before warehousing
  • 2 OQC responsible for outgoing quality control to do 100% full inspection to check the function, appearance and other details before packaging.
  • 1 FQC responsible for checking all the accessories and labels and then sealing the packing box.

Quality Complains

Defective Rate

Due to strict quality control process, we successfully control the defective within 0.2%. (Based on our after-sales maintenance rate in the past 10 years). For LCD KVM Console, we almost received no quality complains.

Quality Complains

If any customer make quality complains, we’ll forward it to our after-sales service team. They will report directly to our factory manager. Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedbacks and solutions.
