Kinan’s HT5824 integrates rack console with 18.5" LCD monitor, keyboard and built-in touchpad in a 1U rackmountable drawer.

The HT5824 IP KVM switch allows 1 local and 2 remote operators to monitor and access the 24 computers independently and simultaneously. With TCP/IP communications protocol, you can access to the connected servers from any computer on the LAN, WAN or Internet. 

To help you control and manage an entire data center, the HT5824 remote KVM console comes with a Centralized Management Software – KCMS, allowing administrators to remotely manage and control all the devices on a network. The KCMS records all operations on servers accessed through the HT5824 LCD KVM switch.

HT5824 features dual Ethernet ports and dual power supplies; if one fails, the other takes over, keeping access uninterrupted. Switch easily between the 24 ports using an on-screen display (OSD), hotkey commands, or a remote toolbar.

The cat5 kvm switch connects computers with compact RJ-45 connectors and Cat 5e/6 cable. In addition, the VGA/DVI/HDMI/DP adapter are available. The optimized video resolution is up to 1366 x 768@60Hz at the switch’s built-in screen; up to 1920 x 1080@60Hz on the switch’s remote displays.

The hot-pluggable function allows adding or removing computers without having to power down the switch. It’s easy to set up the HT5824, just plug the cable into the appropriate port, no software needed, no complicated installation procedures, and no compatibility issues.
